This program introduces the basics of soccer. It focuses on discovering the sport and encouraging individual decision making to improve understanding of the game. Continue to emphasize the fun and pure enjoyment of the game to maintain participation. The first objective is to provide an opportunity for all individuals who wish to pursue and/or begin the game of soccer for fun to play in a safe and healthy environment. Also, to offer an opportunity for socialization.

During the summer season, teams are formed and assigned to a coach who will take charge of the team from mid-May to mid-August, with one practice and one game per week, taking place between Monday and Friday. Activities take place on outdoor fields in the area.

Evaluation: All players are formally evaluated twice a year (Spring and Fall)
Feedback: Players receive feedback from their educators on a regular and informal basis.
Summer season: 20 weeks with 1 session per week of 90 minutes.
Winter season: 1 house league game.

During the training stage, training loads and skill training should increase, resulting in improved mental strength, concentration, and desire to learn. Tactical understanding of the game becomes increasingly important.

Summer Season: 20 weeks with 2 sessions per week of 90 minutes. Winter season: 20 weeks, 1 session per week of 90 minutes.

Physical
Develop specific athletic qualities: strength, endurance and speed.

Technico-tactical
Develop technical skills already acquired.
Work on position specific skills.
Development of roles by position

Emotional-Social
Management of stress and factors arising from changes related to adolescence

Mental and decision making
Adopting good life habits and setting high personal standards. Introduction of mental preparation. Managing emotions. Identification of personal goals.

During the “Training for Competition” stage, work on the following aspects:
Improving pre-competition routine, psychological preparation, goal setting and adaptation to winning and losing. Improving players’ concentration, discipline and personal responsibility in all aspects of training and competition. To improve mental strength and enhance the desire to win and all technical and tactical skills

Summer Season: 20 weeks with 3 sessions per week of 90 minutes. Winter season: 20 weeks, 2 sessions per week of 90 minutes.
